For Orders below $150 the shipping charge is 15.99 via Fedex Air
We ship from our Factory in Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur, the Leather City of the World.

USA & Canada: 4-5 business days.
Europe: 4-5 business days
UK: 4-5 business days
Scandinavia 4-5 business
Mexico and South America 5 business days
Other Parts of the world 6-10 business days, depending on how remote the ship to address.
For Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and all P.O. boxes, please allow additional time for delivery. For some orders with a higher value, we may require a signature for the delivery.
For Monogram Items, Please allow an additional business day for delivery of monogrammed and personalized orders.
Customers receive a tracking no. as soon as their order is dispatched (via Fedex or DHL).
Orders received in the USA should ship the next business day. Orders received in Europe or the UK by noon should ship the same business day
Import Duty
For US customers, the value of shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day exempt from duties and taxes is $800.
For Australian customers, goods under AUD1,000 are exempt from duties, taxes, and charges.

For Non-EU customers, shipments may be subjected to import fees and taxes due on arrival. This can vary from country to country so please contact your local tax authorities for more information.
Return Policy
At SHARO, we are committed to your enjoyment and satisfaction, and we pride ourselves in our customer service dedication . If for any reason the item you purchased from us disinterests you in any way, you may return or exchange your item in original, unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or full refund.
Please note, however, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.
To start a return, please email info@sharoclassicleather.com. For returns in the contiguous US, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please note, items should be shipped back to us within 14 days from when the Return Authorization # was issued. For your protection, you should obtain a drop off receipt from the shipping carrier when returning your order. That will protect you if your package is lost.
For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping.
Please allow 3 business days from when the item is received for your refund to process.
Original shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement.
